Role: - Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Erie PA (100%On-Site)
Rate -$45/hr to 50/hr

EIS : 3DEXPERIENCE Design and Engineering
EIS : New Product Introduction Process (NPI) - Product Engineering
Experience Required: 6-8
Role Descriptions:
Experience leading multiple projects in parallel and ensure commitments are well established and met with regular updates to stakeholders.
Experience and familiarity working within Engineering design framework for example a well-established design review / tollgate processs Requirement traceability Concept Development / Down Select Detailed Analysis Validation Strategy Validation Execution Production Launch Strong Decision Making Will be responsible for deviation review and disposition of non-conforming parts.
Consultant Drive and Follow-up will be leading engineering engagement in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requiring coordination with internal team and external vendors.
Strong Communication Presentation skillset to leadership interaction with cross functional peers providing update to various stakeholders (production reliability sourcing etc.)
Experience and ability to work hand on in validation and product trouble shooting navigating progress and addressing roadblock as they may present themselves. Technical Experience in:
Drawing Documentation and Procedure development.
Strong understanding of GD&T.o Fatigue evaluation and life predictions parent material SN curves weld evaluation etc.
Mechanical components design analysis techniques Bolted Joint FEA CFD etc.o Root Cause Analysis techniques containment and correction
