Where you come in:

  • You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives that improve safety quality delivery cost and operational performance.

  • You will facilitate Kaizen events Rapid Improvement Workshops and Value Stream Mapping.

  • You will improve manufacturing flow through line balancing standardized work pull systems and WIP optimization.

  • You will be a partner with production leadership to improve throughput productivity and capacity.

  • You will implement lean manufacturing tools (i.e. standard work systems visual management Tier Daily Management)

  • Coach teams on Lean tools Problem Solving methodologies (PDCA A3 Thinking) and Root Cause Analysis.

  • Collaborate across EHSS Quality Manufacturing Operations Process Equipment & Industrial Engineering and MES

  • You will instill a mindset of Lean Manufacturing respect for everybody and empower team members around you to continuously improve everyday

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Masters degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
