Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team as a Sr. Manager in Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of business processes. This role is critical in bridging the gap between IT and business units ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive business improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including business process models and use cases.
- Support project management activities including planning execution and monitoring of project deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in creating detailed documentation including business requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
