As an Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager here you be a pivotal leader in steering the success of our supply chain initiatives.
With your extensive hands-on experience in supply chain project management you will lead end-to-end projects meticulously overseeing planning execution and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will leverage your strong knowledge of supply chain processes to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Your analytical talents will come into play as you analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends risks and optimization opportunities providing crucial insights for informed decision-making.
Meticulously developing and maintaining project plans timelines and budgets you will ensure alignment with organizational goals.
With a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects coupled with strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills you will be a driving force in our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization ensuring they are delivered on time and according to quality standards
Define project scope objectives risks/implementation mitigation and deliverables in collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Coordinate and communicate with project team members stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on project milestones risks and issues
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and implement best practices
YOU MUST HAVE
6 years of experience in supply chain project management demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
Expert knowledge of supply chain processes spanning procurement planning manufacturing logistics and customer fulfillment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
Masters degree preferred.
Strong project management and leadership skills with the capacity to envision and drive the future direction of supply chain initiatives.
Ability to influence and drive change in a complex and matrixed organization ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new strategies.
Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and tools with a focus on continual improvement and efficiency.
