Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton Georgia produce evaporators condensers compressor racks and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn Larkin Climate Control Chandler Magna Industrial and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets convenience stores restaurants warehouses and distribution centers in addition to other applications such as data centers pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling. What Drives Success Location: Stone Mountain GA-This position 100% onsite. As the Sr. HR Business Partner you will serve as a trusted HR partner to the salaried employees and leaders within the Customer Excellence this role you will provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across multiple human resources functions helping drive employee engagement talent development performance management organizational effectiveness and compliance. You will build strong relationships with leaders and employees to support business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with Customer Excellence leaders to provide strategic and day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations performance management talent development workforce planning and organizational changes. Advise managers and employees on HR policies procedures and employment practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable federal state and local employment laws. Support recruiting activities by partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers throughout the hiring process including candidate selection interview coordination and onboarding. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience and successful integration into the organization. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management employee development conflict resolution corrective actions and career planning. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism confidentiality and sound judgment. Assist leaders with organizational design job evaluations workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and provide recommendations that support business and talent objectives. Support compensation and annual HR processes including performance reviews merit planning promotions and organizational changes. Partner with employees and leaders to promote employee engagement recognition and a positive workplace culture. Participate in HR initiatives process improvements and cross-functional projects that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR reporting and documentation requirements. What We Are Looking For WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the following: A bachelors degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years related experience. Knowledge of HR techniques applications and programs. Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office. Must have strong written and verbal skills. Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change. What We Offer Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $80000-$105000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
