Introduction

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Sr. GIS Programmer position. This position is a contract hire opportunity in Towson MD will be a hybrid work schedule (three days onsite and two days remote) for a duration of six months.

Qualified candidates would have the following:

* Required: Five (5) years developing and modifying applications using JavaScript HTML C# Python.

* Required: Minimum of three (3) years working with ESRI ArcGIS technologies including ArcGIS Server ArcGIS APIs ArcGIS JavaScript API Esri SDKs and ArcSDE

*Required: Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python

* Required: Strong Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) Triggers and Stored Procedures.

*Required: Development of reports using SSRS Power BI

*Preferred: Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts (Oracle SQL Server preferred)

Preferred: Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred:Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in BusinessComputer Science or a related field and five years experience in systems analysis changemanagement analysis project management program analysis or a closely related field.

Preferred: Recent engagement with a government entity
