About the Role

McKesson is seeking a Senior Facilities Representative to support the day-to-day operation maintenance and reliability of our this role you will perform preventive maintenance troubleshoot building systems coordinate repairs and help ensure a safe compliant and efficient environment for employees and business operations. This position requires a strong working knowledge of commercial building systems and the ability to independently resolve moderately complex maintenance issues.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment including HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and general building infrastructure.

• Respond to maintenance requests troubleshoot facility issues and complete repairs to support safe and efficient building operations.

• Conduct routine facility inspections identify maintenance or safety concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors while maintaining accurate work orders maintenance records and compliance documentation.

• Support facility operations through office moves equipment installations building improvement projects security monitoring and seasonal maintenance activities.

Basic Requirements

• Typically requires 3 years of related experience

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment.

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and facility repairs.

• Ability to safely use hand tools power tools and maintenance equipment.

• Experience managing work orders maintenance requests or facility service tickets.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals drawings schematics or equipment documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Trade certification or vocational training in HVAC electrical plumbing facilities maintenance or a related field.

• Experience working in distribution logistics manufacturing healthcare or large commercial environments.

• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and facility monitoring systems.

• Experience coordinating vendors contractors and third-party service providers.

• Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety practices.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily onsite role supporting facility operations.

• May require occasional local travel between facilities or vendor locations.

• Ability to stand walk bend climb ladders and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work around mechanical equipment and facility infrastructure while following established safety procedures.
