This individual will need a solid track record of building and maintaining complex UX software and familiarity with machine learning pipelines platforms tools and processes that deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers.

Experience driving very large complex software system development and integration.n At least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW HW Product Design QA)n Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplinesn Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverablesn Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinkingn Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineersn Ability to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audiencen Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguityn Excellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audiencen Can influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas

BS Computer Engineering Computer Science degree or equivalent required
