Sr. Engineering Program Manager, Apple Cloud Network

Apples Network Infrastructure is a critical foundation in delivering Apples services (such as iCloud iTunes Siri Maps) to billions of customers and its employees. We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager with strong technical acumen managerial courage u0026 communication abilities to drive cloud network programs. You will use your deep technical knowledge including effective program/project management skills to drive various cloud network program schedules and resolve technical issues that enable timely network service delivery to Apple Cloud. Additionally you will forge strategic relationships with internal u0026 external leadership to influence prioritization lead issue resolution communicate status/issues/next steps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Engage with multi-functional EPMs to coordinate align and build or support broad programs while managing expectations of various stakeholders. nnDevelop program management disciplines in terms of tracking commitments milestones unblocking technical issues and handling priorities. nnDrive a highly focused issue reporting and communication of program risks and status.

Proven skill in presenting to all levels of an organizationnnDeep experience in software development project/program management including experience in end-to-end project delivery building roadmaps through to operational sustainabilitynnStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions design meetings progress and status meetings)nnExperience in ongoing process improvementnnAble to assess u0026 mitigate risk manage change and work in a very fast-paced environmentnnProficient in MacOS iPad OS and iOSnnProficient in common collaboration and efficiency applications (MacOS iPad OS iOS MS Office Wrike or equivalent)

10 years of proven experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domainsnnExceptional organizational management project management and technical savvynnExperience leading Cloud Infrastructure in the networking domain is a big plusnnExperience in prioritizing features and technical roadmapsnnProficiency and experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projectsnnSelf-motivated and proactive with shown creative and critical thinking capabilitiesnnStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsnnStrong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organizationnnAbility to handle multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure technical projects and partner community comprising various engineering teams and their partners
