FarnsworthGroupis seekingatechnically focused Sr. Engineering Managerin the posting locations this roleyou will provide engineering staff support and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local statewide and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects.

What Youll Do:
- Engineer support and provide QC/QA for projects related to transportation planning and design
- Develop and mentor staff
- Collaborate with other disciplines
- Develop and maintain Client Relations
- Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
- Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program
- 15 years of transportation experience with diverse project experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience working on and with DOT County and Local Agency projects
- Proven leadership skills with engineering staff
- Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects
- Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
- Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation CONNECT and ORD.
