Sr Engineering Manager, Finance Data Engineering & AI Enablement

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager to lead Finance Data Engineering and AI Enablement initiatives that unlock business value from enterprise financial at the intersection of Finance Data Platforms and AI teams you will ensure financial data is reliable governed and architected to unlock advanced analytics and AI while maintaining compliance and operational rigor.

You will architect and scale modern financial data platforms that power reporting advanced analytics and AI-driven automation. You will transform financial data into a strategic asset enabling faster insights intelligent automation and predictive decision-making across Finance. The role requires deep expertise in modern data engineering strong financial domain understanding and the ability to translate Finance priorities into robust technical solutions.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable financial data architectures ensuring data quality transformation and platform with AI teams to prepare and govern enterprise financial data for AI use cases ensuring secure access and enabling AI-driven functions like close acceleration anomaly detection intelligent reconciliations and predictive insights while maintaining explainability and alignment with financial as a key technology partner to Finance leaders by translating complex processes into scalable data solutions aligning engineering with strategic priorities communicating risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders and driving measurable business outcomes from data and AI with Enterprise Data Cloud and Security teams to align architecture ensure financial data compliance influence Finance data strategy and promote common data a high-performing team to deliver Finance initiatives predictably through strong engineering practices including CI/CD automated testing observability and high platform availability and SLA financial data systems comply with internal controls collaborate with Audit and Security integrate governance into engineering and balance innovation with discipline.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalentn1014 years of progressive experience in data engineering or enterprise engineeringn6 years of people management expertise in modern data architectures (cloud-native distributed systems).nStrong understanding of financial reporting and analytics use enabling AI use cases using enterprise experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
