About You

Basic Qualifications

• 7 years experience of project management with HCM Payroll Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise large enterprise higher education and/or state and local governments.
• 3years of experience implementing Workday Oracle SAP PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Other Qualifications

• Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project Smartsheets etc).

• Experience in project management incorporating financial business processes and financial reporting

• Experience overseeing 3rd parties on a project

• Business development experience

• Previous service sales experience is a plus. Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience

• Demonstrated executive presence including outstanding communication skills confidence and the ability to inspire and influence others is highly valued.

• Strong influencing skills including persuasive communication and the ability to drive consensus and effectively collaborate with stakeholders are crucial.

• Proven ability to effectively lead service delivery ensuring customer satisfaction through streamlined processes efficient resource allocation and a focus on meeting expectations is essential.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize organize and effectively handle workload to meet scheduled completion dates and enhance productivity are key to success in this role.

• Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
