Sr Data Solutions Lead

Senior Data Solutions Lead to own Tier 2 Tier 3 engagements (integration automation and BI/reporting) for mid-market clients. You will lead small delivery pods manage client relationships through 6 12 week build cycles plus ongoing retainers and translate cross-functional reporting needs into governed dashboards and automated data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for system integrations workflow automation and self-service BI builds

• Manage a 2 3 person delivery pod (data engineer BI developer) across concurrent client accounts

• Own client relationship through build go-live and the transition to a monthly reporting retainer

• Design and govern dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI/Fabric or Looker Studio/BigQuery ML

• Define integration architecture across CRM ERP and finance systems via APIs and connectors

• Identify upsell paths into Tier 4 (Data Agentic AI) engagements based on client maturity

Required Qualifications

• 5 8 years of experience in data engineering BI development or technical solutions consulting

• Demonstrated ownership of integration or BI projects from scoping through delivery

• Proficiency in at least one BI platform (Power BI or Looker Studio) and one automation platform

• Experience managing client-facing technical relationships and small delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform or Google Cloud certification

• Experience designing API-based integrations across CRM/ERP systems

• Background in IT staffing MSP or boutique consulting delivery models
