As our Sr. Data Engineer you are a hands-on technical driver who bridges business strategy and data engineering working side-by-side with our Data Architect to build and ship high-performance data products on time. Instead of managing from the sidelines you will dive deep into code to unblock engineers optimize data pipelines and keep our supply chain logistics running seamlessly so products reach store shelves clean and fresh.

• Serve as the hands-on lead resolving technical blockers across Python SQL Snowflake and dbt pipelines.

• Act as primary backup to the Data Architect performing GitHub PR reviews to enforce testing quality and platform standards.

• Ensure all engineering aligns with modern cloud data warehousing and orchestration standards (Airflow / GKE).

• Deliver high-impact datasets for core metrics (OTIF Forecast Accuracy Inventory) sourced from SAP Kinaxis and WMS/TMS tools.

• Manage sprint backlogs project timelines internal engineers and third-party consultants across concurrent initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Industrial Engineering Supply Chain or a related quantitative field.

• 5 years in Data Engineering

• Hands-on experience with Python SQL dbt Airflow.

• Data Warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred).

• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods or high-volume retail/logistics environments.
• Exposure to automated testing tools like Great Expectations Monte Carlo or dbt tests.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115200.00 - $174000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
