Job Summary

Sr. Clinical Data Scientist (RBQM Analytics) AbbVie Inc. North Chicago Illinois IL Hybrid (onsite 3 fixed days a week/ 2 days WFH/remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design & implementation of Machine Learning models for Clinical insights.
  • Use statistical methods to develop prototypes & algorithms.
  • Leverage emerging statistical methodologies ML & AI to drive innovative analytical solutions to create insights.
  • Experiment & recommend additional techniques to solve business problems with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure adherence to federal regulations & applicable local regulations Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) ICH Guidelines company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & to functional quality standards.
  • Identify business needs & support creation of standard KPIs reports & statistical analyses.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelors degree in bioinformatics data science or statistics & 2 years of progressive work experience in data science role. 

Of experience required must have 2 years:

  1. programming using R & Python to support data analysis;
  2. building dashboard for data visualization using tools such as Spotfire Tableau & MS power PI;
  3. building statistical models to support clinical trials analytics & identify data-driven insights; &
  4. reading & understanding clinical protocol for analysis design.

Work experience may be gained concurrently.


Additional Information :

Salary Range: $124184.48 - $183500.00 per year.
