Job Summary
** On-site at our Prince George VA facility. **
This role is to support anew factory in Prince George VA (onsite) startup manufacturing large form-factor equipment. The product will be large (shipping container size) heavy (50 tons) and complex. This position will be part of the core factory startup and onboarding team responsible for building the operations and manufacturing staff fitting out the building and creating the process flow/work instructions/etc. from the ground to include: panel and point to point wire assembly Medium Voltage Low Voltage and High Power Electronic assemblies.
Shift A: Mon - Fri (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Job Summary
Sr. Change Notice Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities to ensure accurate implementation of customer-driven engineering changes within the manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams maintaining product documentation BOMs AVL data and revision control while supporting change implementation cost accuracy and compliance requirements. The position also provides training and guidance to ECN Coordinators facilitates cross-functional communication and monitors the timely execution of engineering changes to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customer and obtain the technical information like the BOM gerber file CRD file AVL etc.
- Do the BOM comparison and draft an ECN cover note after receipt of customer ECN
- Provide training for new ECN coordinators and monitor their performance
- Compare the AVL change from customer and draft ECN for system AVL update
- Host ECN meeting inside the workcell and coordinate the ECN activities among other department staff
- Verify customer documents are attached to the ECN and logged on to DCC. Verify ECN assemblies revision match the revision to the BOM
- Initiate a detailed ECN change form (eg adds deletes and changes) monitor the running change ECN implementation tatus within a workcell
- Initiate FIA report and coordinate the FIA activities inside workcell if necessary
- Advise customer about their ECN implementation status
- Ensure the standard price of raw component under a BOM is filled in so cost roll up can be executed
- Provide training for new ECN coordinators execute advance system training if necessary and monitor their performance
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Engineering Technology Manufacturing Technology or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education training and experience will be considered
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering support document control configuration management ECN coordination or a related technical environment
- Experience with ECN processes BOM management AVL maintenance and ERP/MRP systems preferred
- Knowledge of ECN processes BOM management and ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers managers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze problems gather and interpret data establish facts and develop sound conclusions.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems business applications.
- Effective written communication skills including the ability to prepare correspondence and understand technical or visual documentation.
- Ability to read interpret and follow written instructions procedures and memos.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in structured standardized environments.
- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to apply common-sense judgment to routine tasks and processes.
- Basic mathematical skills including calculations involving fractions decimals percentages ratios and rates.
- Ability to interpret graphs analyze data and support reporting activities.
