Sr. Budget System Administrator and Analyst

• Administer and enhance the budget system ensuring data integrity and security.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Tagetik access training and user support.
• Maintain and update key dimensions for accurate budget reporting.
• Test application updates and manage system enhancements.
• Deliver training sessions on budgeting topics via various formats.
• Prepare and compile annual budget documents and support Budget Book preparation.
• Collaborate with Cost Center Managers on budget reviews and staffing updates.
• Produce budget-related reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and system requirements.
• Strong problem-identification and troubleshooting skills.

• Bachelors degree in business administration accounting or a related field.
• Working knowledge of employee policies related to budgeting and administration.
