Reporting directly to the Executive Associate AD Athletics CFO the Sr. Assoc. AD / Business Operations will manage the day-to-day fiscal activities to include team/support budgeting financial planning and analysis procurement financial reporting affiliated organization support and overall workflow management. This position will directly or indirectly oversee all business operations and business services positions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business/accounting or related field with significant experience or a masters degree.
Proven ability to build and implement strategic financial plans including operating and capital and to convey concepts to a broad audience including university senior level administrators.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Well-developed ability to demonstrate technical expertise in financial planning management and analysis in order to provide senior leadership with highly developed decision support.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Functional familiarity with standard desktop applications with expertise required in Excel.
Must be able to work effectively and willingly with diverse coworkers students and outside representatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Significant NCAA athletic financial management experience at the Division I level.
First-hand familiarity with university fund accounting systems.
Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations relevant to position.
