The Senior Application Developer is responsible for designing and developing technology solutions that meet business this role you will be part of a dynamic collaborative team focused on full lifecycle development from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancements.

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for designing and developing technology solutions that meet business this role you will be part of a dynamic collaborative team focused on full lifecycle development from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancements.
The Sr. Application Developer will:
- Design and develop complex enterprise-scale applications delivering high-quality maintainable code.
- Leverage modern technologies tools and frameworks to build innovative solutions
- Apply established development best practices to ensure applications are stable secure and highly available
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues with a calm methodical approach
- Collaborate closely with business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions
- Design implement configure maintain and support application and infrastructure components.
- Model behaviors aligned with the organizations culture and core values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and unit testing practices
- Experience with modern web development technologies JavaScript TypeScript React
- Backend development and API experience preferably with Go and NOSQL databases (Mongo)
- Proficiency in scripting languages Python and Bash
- Familiarity with cloud platforms with a focus on AWS
- Experience building or supporting scalable containerized applications (Docker Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Experience collaborating in team environments using Git or similar version control systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience troubleshooting network-related issues in complex environments
- Strong working knowledge of Linux systems
- Experience with FreeSWITCH development
- Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems design
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Chef Troposphere AWS CDK)
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0
- Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile development methodologies
- Experience implementing and maintaining CRM platforms
