Sr. Analyst, Strategic Operations

Role Overview

This role develops andmaintainsstrategic initiatives to support department and businessobjectives. The position manages customer and manufacturer programs across all segments.This individual is expected toleverageSQL-driven analysis along with deep industry knowledge to makedecisions that support our mission ofequitabledistributionand that our proprietary programs meet ourcustomersneeds.This position is expected to be forward looking partnering with many teamsto ensure that we are managing based on future expectations and staying ahead of the industry challenges.Individualwill serve as a technical resource to less-experienced analystsandcontributeto the development of new analytical methods tools and best practices that advance the teams capabilities beyond established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops andmaintainsadditionalstrategic programs to meet key business goals or customer requirements via data analyticsand market conditions. Partner with strategic business owners toidentifygoals and objectives.Co-present the purpose and goals of each initiative to key business partners to build trust.

• Manage(and automate to the extent possible)the existing customer and manufacturer programs to continue meeting business goals. Develop analyze interpretand distribute reportingforboth internal and external stakeholders.

• Attend customer or manufacturing facing calls as needed toinfluence resolve issues andensure that we are supporting the business stakeholder needsand showing that we are a true collaboration partner.

• Own intake analysis and response for ad hoc requests received via the shared mailbox ensuringaccurateandtimelydelivery within established SLAs.

• Develop strong relationships with internal McKesson teams and develop solutions to quickly respond to resolve customer issues andrepresentstrategicoperationsas a principal point of contact on cross-functional initiatives/

• Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes toenhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Developresolutions tohighly complex ambiguous problems that require the frequent use of creativityanticipatingchange and redirecting efforts as business priorities shift.

• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.

• Balance strategic program development with handson execution including analysis reporting and operational followthrough.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.

Education

4-year degree in business finance marketing supply chain or related field or equivalent experience

Critical Skills

• 7yearsexperiencein areas such as operations product managementpurchasing marketing/salesand orfinance

• Proficient in SQL with ability to independently writemodify andmaintaincode

• Strong project management skills

• Power BIis a plus

• Mastersdegree is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Traditional office requirements. A large percentage of time performing computer-based work is required.

• Hybrid role must live near Las Colinas office.
