Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C# Core REST APIs and Power Apps.
• Create configure and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism or Power Automate to automate repetitive and manual tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand analyze and document existing business processes for automation opportunities.
• Write Blue Prism scripts and workflows to automate tasks and conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions including technical design documents test scripts and user manuals.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions addressing any issues that may arise during production.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.
• Provide production support troubleshooting and maintenance for business applications and automation platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation test plans and user support materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through application modernization and process automation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and compliance requirements throughout the development process.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT software development
• Strong experience application development (C# Core) SQL Server Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) Blue Prism RPA REST API development and system integrations and administration/support of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Blue Prisms features capabilities and components (Process Diagram Process Studio Object Studio etc.).
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and map them for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge on AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
