The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior managers and other partners in the department.
Key responsibilities include:

administrative and executive support to senior manager and other partners in West Michigan
and creates documents spreadsheets and/or presentations

and organizes paper and electronic files. Ensures confidentiality

database files

and confirms travel arrangements and processes travel expense reimbursements

meetings and conferences

on special projects such as gathering inputting and compiling information for reports as required by manager or other partners in the department

track or monitor expenses for the department

greet or assist clients and/or vendors

for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines

to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts

effectively as a team member but also independently
development support
and group engagement support
and East Michigan advisory board support

The successful candidate will have:
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written) are required
  • Financial Services industry knowledge is preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office and Workday)
  • Event support knowledge is preferred
