Spring 2027 Management Trainee Internship

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Its a team-based environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.

This is a Spring 2027 paid internship that would be located at one of our offices within the Pittsburgh PA area. The hourly rate is $17.00 / hour for a 25 hour work week. The internship will begin on January 4th 2027 and end on April 2nd 2027.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a Senior in a bachelors degree program set to graduate by May 2027.
• Must be able to start in our orientation class on Monday January 4th 2027 and work until Friday April 2nd 2027.
• Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week between Monday January 4th 2027 and work until Friday April 2nd 2027.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service leadership or sales.
  • (examples: commission sales retail serving/restaurant/bar or hospitality industry. Leadership: military athletics/team activities or community social or academic organizations.)
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie. DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
