Bring passion and dedication to your job and theres no telling what you could Legal and Global Security Operations (LGS) team is seeking a Business u0026 Technology Systems Analyst nto manage the legal matter management and billing role will be the primary interface between the Spend Operations group and the LGS practice areas in the matter management and billing this role you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams driving the analysis design and delivery of solutions that support legal operations at scale.n

nYou will bring structure and clarity to complex programs lead change management efforts and help ensure our matter management and eBilling systems are optimized to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This is a high-impact role where your analytical rigor communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity will make a meaningful difference.

Bachelors degree and 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis systems analysis legal operations or a related field OR Masters degree in a specialized field (e.g. Information Systems Business Administration Law Computer Science) and 4 years of relevant experiencennDeep proven Business Analysis and Systems Analysis skills including strategic planning and project management; experience with developing KPIs and milestones data visualization technologies and implementationnnExcellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills with particular emphasis on data storytelling and driving working within a corporate legal department or law firm environmentnnHands-on experience with matter management systems and/or eBilling platforms (e.g. TeamConnect Litify -Salesforce based solution)nnFamiliarity with legal billing guidelines outside counsel management and invoice review processesn

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholder groupsnnProficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Excel)nnChange management certification (e.g. Prosci ADKAR CCMP) is a plusnnProject management certification (e.g. PMP PMI-ACP Agile/Scrum) is a plusnnFamiliarity with common AI tools and platformsn
