Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative interdisciplinary model.
The location in Margate is a partner center primary providing services for kiddos ages 2-7 with a Dx of ASD. Sessions run 30 minutes in length. We have optional schedules to accommodate a four and five-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 27 primarily ASD population)
Collaborate daily with ABA team (BCBAs RBTs) to integrate communication goals into programming
Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover
Maintain accurate timely documentation (SOAP notes progress reports annual reports)
Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
Ensure compliance with all state federal and payer guidelines

Requirements
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida SLP license

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus not required
