The Speech Language Pathologistspecializing in Pediatrics-Acute Care:

  • Provides evaluation program planning and treatment referred to Speech Language Pathology.
  • The job duties are to provide assessments and treatment activities with patients.
  • Provides documentation of the above and education to patients families hospital staff andstudents.
  • Ensures that all patients are supported in reaching their maximum potential through high-quality care and contributions to medical management provided by the Speech-Language Pathologist while also promoting the therapists ongoing professional growth and contributions to the medical center.

Shift: Full time- 40 hours per week- Dayshift- Monday -Friday

Work Experience:

  • Successful completion of Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship
  • Infant feeding/swallowing experience required.
  • Acute care experience preferred.

Education: Required Licensure Certification Etc.

  • Mastersdegree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current State licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.

Salary Range: Minimum $34.62/hour - Maximum $57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
