Looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Bryan Ohio.
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech language cognitive and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing and other members of the therapy team
- Document services and progress efficiently
- Help residents improve function communication safety and quality of life
- Current Ohio SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in SNF/geriatric rehab is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
