Were seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy services and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in communication cognition and swallowing.

• Complete speech language cognitive and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide skilled therapy and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing therapy physicians and other members of the care team
• Educate patients families and caregivers as appropriate
• Help patients reach their highest level of function and independence

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Michigan SLP license
• ASHA certification or eligibility
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
• A patient-centered approach and desire to make a difference
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus
