Evaluate and treat residents with speech language cognitive communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.
Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
Collaborate with physicians nurses therapists and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
Maintain timely accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals.
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plusbut not required!
A positive attitude strong communication skills and a passion for helping others thrive.
