Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Berlin New Hampshire serving middle and high school students (grades 612).

We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) interested in pediatric secondary and school-based speech therapy.

• Schedule: Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)
• Pay Rate: $50$60/hour (guaranteed pay for scheduled time even if student sessions are missed)

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions in-person and/or virtual)
• Support students with:
  • Receptive and expressive language
  • Social/pragmatic communication skills
  • Executive functioning and academic language
  • Articulation fluency and voice disorders
• Provide virtual/teletherapy services as part of hybrid schedule (when applicable)
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff occupational therapists (OTs) and physical therapists (PTs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and compliance records
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
• Active New Hampshire SLP license (or eligibility)
• Experience or interest in pediatrics school-based therapy teletherapy or secondary education settings preferred
• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
