: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / SLP-CCC / SLP-CF)

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated multidisciplinary educational this role you will diagnose assess and treat school-aged students starting at PreK with communication speech and language disorders to help them achieve academic and social success. You will work closely with teachers parents and administrators to build inclusive supportive learning environments.

  • Target Grade Levels: PreK

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Student Evaluations: Administer comprehensive speech language and communication screenings and assessments.
  • Develop IEP Plans: Design measurable goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) mapped to state curriculum standards.
  • Deliver Engaging Therapy: Provide direct and indirect clinical therapy services to address articulation fluency voice and language delays.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Partner with special education staff classroom teachers occupational therapists and families for holistic child development.
  • Maintain Timely Documentation: Keep precise compliant daily therapy logs progress reports and Medicaid billing data.
  • Manage Alternative Communication: Program and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices for non-verbal students.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Licensure: Active or eligible State Board License in Speech-Language Pathology for Insert State.
  • Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
  • Pediatric Experience: Prior experience working in public school settings or pediatric clinics is highly valued.
