Speech-Language Pathologist #ESC1546

What you will be doing:

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy based on each students needs and goals.
• Evaluate students speech language communication and related abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies and measurable goals.
• Address articulation receptive and expressive language fluency social communication and other communication needs as appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions based on individual response.
• Collaborate with teachers families therapists and other educational professionals.
• Complete required documentation progress reports evaluations and recommendations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and contribute professional recommendations.
• Create a positive engaging and supportive environment that encourages student growth.

Experience you will need:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NYS Speech-Language Pathology license/certification or appropriate NYS credential.
• Experience working with children or students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
