Youll provide personalized in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each childs unique needs. With80% of our clients receiving multiple services this is a truly collaborative interdisciplinary settingcomplete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Occupational Therapists Physical Therapists BCBAs and Mental Health providers. • You are eager to grow your skills in high-demand clinical areas such as AAC feeding and childhood apraxia of speech.
• You do your best work surrounded by a supportive and diverse team of child specialists.
• You have amasters degree in Speech-Language Pathologyand an Illinois state license in good standing.
• You have prior experience conducting assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.

As part of our interdisciplinary team you will collaborate with SLPs OTs PTs BCBAs Mental Health Practitioners and Neuropsychologists. Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders
• Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve speech language social and feeding skills
• Educate families staff and the community on AAC and other communication supports
• Collaborate with doctors teachers and pediatric therapists for coordinated care
• Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed
