Position Summary

The Speech and Language Pathologist provides services to students staff and families that improve and develop the use of speech and language for eligible students with disabilities. This position will be splitting time between two locations working with Woodland students and Early On students.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology required or valid Michigan teaching certificate with Speech and Language Impairment endorsement; valid Michigan SLP license required; ASHA CCC-SLP required (Clinical Fellows with limited license considered)
• Experience: Experience working with students with disabilities preferred including those requiring augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
• Strong knowledge of speech and language evaluation treatment planning and IEP development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students families staff and community partners in a team-based environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including maintaining accurate documentation and reports
• Ability to maintain confidentiality demonstrate professionalism and manage a flexible workload across multiple locations

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$47496 - $92683

Work Schedule: 186 Days 7 Hours

Paid Time Off:

• Sick and Personal Business paid time up to 13 days
