Associate, Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

Participates in the design of detail parts assemblies and installations foraircraftstructures mission equipment installations and mechanical systems installations. Engineer applies basic engineering design and/or analytical theory with understanding of structural analysis for application to integrated system design. Engineers willbe responsible forresearch development of layouts preparation of engineering drawings and coordination of design activities with Tooling Flight Sciences Manufacturing and Production to ensure that designs meet requirements at minimum cost. Designs will beaccomplishedusing world-class three-dimensional solid modeling CAD tools and work will beaccomplishedwith senior-level design engineers. Mechanical design engineershave the opportunity towork on a wide variety of tasks andaircraftsystems on variousaircraftplatforms.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants mustbe pursuingabachelorsdegreeMechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Civil Engineeringor have completed theirbachelorsdegree within the last 12monthsregardlessof age.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state Cleveland Ohio and Vermont is $59000 - $110000.
