Role Overview
Athletes First is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the representation side of our business - spanning NFL NCAA Coaching and this role you will partner closely with agents across these divisions to create compelling visual content that supports client recruiting brand building and day-to-day representation needs. This is a highly collaborative role requiring the ability to manage multiple projects across different verticals while maintaining a consistent high-caliber creative standard.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design recruiting materials pitch decks and presentations for agents across NFL NCAA Coaching and Broadcasting
• Create client-facing content that supports brand building marketing and career strategy across representation verticals
• Collaborate with agents to translate recruiting and client strategy into polished visually compelling materials
• Design graphics for social media and digital platforms to support client visibility and agency brand presence
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all representation-side materials and collateral
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects and deadlines across different sports and departments
• Partner with the broader Creative team to ensure alignment on style quality and turnaround expectations
• Stay current on design trends and best practices across sports and talent representation marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or related field preferred
• 2 years of graphic design experience ideally within sports or agency environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across print digital and social media design
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take direction from multiple agents/departments
• Passion for sports and understanding of the athlete/coach representation business a plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
