Key Responsibilities:

Business Technology Bridge

• Translate business needs such as KYC client onboarding reporting relationship manager hierarchy and related business processes into MDM requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and specifications.
• Serves as the functional lead for Master Party Account and Enterprise Reference Data domains translating business needs into data models business rules and processes. Responsible for ensuring data quality governance compliance and alignment with client lifecycle regulatory and enterprise data management strategies.

Data Quality & Governance Oversight

• Define and monitor data quality KPIs.
• Partner with Data Stewards Data Owners Architecture and Data Governance teams.
• Ensure master data standards controls and governance requirements are implemented.

Salary Range:

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension) health and welfare benefits (medical dental vision spending accounts and disability) paid time off parental and caregiver leave life & accident insurance and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
