Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and respond to unexpected challenges during live performances.
Assist in maintenance of facility AV systems.
Work safely following all established safety rules and regulations.
Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with co-workers supervisors and guests.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Must be available to work weekends holidays and nights as schedule
