The Special Processes Technician is responsible for finishing precision machined medical devices according to customer specifications. This position will be located at our facility in Mentor OH for1st Youll Do:Follow all SOPs GMPs GDPsLaser EtchingMastery of Visual Laser Marker software (VLM)Ultrasonic cleaningBlastingTumblingPassivationAssemble ComponentsBox products & apply labeling materialsFollow all safety rulesFollow area 5S expectationsMeet all company and area expectationsOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned as Youll Need:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and to read understand and follow Specification SheetsBasic mathematical skills to understand tolerances and variationBasic understanding of CNC concepts laser & parametersExperience using diagrams or blueprints and to follow other written or verbal instructionsAbility to use measuring devices and hand toolsMechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power toolsExcellent vision & hand-eye coordinationAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and to meet quality and quantity to quality check finished product ability to suggest sending unsatisfactory items to reworkProven experience with safe production standardsComputer programming literacy (visual/basic script)Fluency with Microsoft Office (Access Excel Word)Knowledge of fixture concepts
