- Develop implement and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers related service providers and families
- Monitor and document student progress using data-driven practices
- Ensure compliance with federal state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings team meetings and professional development
- Foster a positive inclusive learning environment
- Bachelors degree in Special Education (minimum)
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred (preschool through high school)
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
