Spanish Speaking BCBAS (ABA) Tri-State, NY

Position: Contract Flexible In-person (20 to 30 hours a week)

Location: Staten Island New York Long Island Westchester Connecticut Bronx New Jersey

Salary: $85.00 to $100.00 hourly

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our growing clinical team. • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and support behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
• Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data
• Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
• Collaborate with families schools and interdisciplinary providers
• Ensure ethical high-quality and individualized ABA services
• Support skill development that improves clients independence and quality of life

• Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
• Experience with assessments treatment planning and data analysis
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
