Job Summary
Position: Contract Flexible In-person (20 to 30 hours a week)
Location: Staten Island New York Long Island Westchester Connecticut Bronx New Jersey
Salary: $85.00 to $100.00 hourly
Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our growing clinical team. - Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
- Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data
- Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
- Collaborate with families schools and interdisciplinary providers
- Ensure ethical high-quality and individualized ABA services
- Support skill development that improves clients independence and quality of life
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Experience with assessments treatment planning and data analysis
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
