• Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
• Coach mentor and develop Back-of-House team members.

• Ensure exceptional food quality consistency and presentation on every plate.
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety sanitation cleanliness and organization.
• Support efficient execution during high-volume service while maintaining quality.

• Assist with inventory management ordering food cost controls and labor efficiency.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations through effective prep production and execution.
• Support operational goals while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

• 2 years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef Kitchen Manager or similar role.
• Experience in a high-volume scratch kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence food quality and hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
