Solutions Marketing Manager

• Support the development and evolution of solution-level messaging focused on AI workplace transformation sustainability and the future of work.
• Create high-quality marketing content including blogs customer success stories presentations solution narratives and sales enablement materials.
• Translate technical concepts related to AI networking collaboration and workplace technologies into clear business-oriented messaging.
• Partner with product marketing sales field marketing engineering and customer advocacy teams to align messaging and execution.
• Contribute to go-to-market programs designed to modernize and future-proof workplace environments.
• Develop and promote customer success stories that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
• Support content and storytelling initiatives for major events conferences and partner programs.
• Maintain and organize marketing content repositories supporting campaigns and field teams.
• Research competitive positioning and help articulate market differentiation.

• 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Marketing Product Marketing or related B2B technology marketing roles.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills with experience developing customer-facing and field-facing assets.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product engineering sales and marketing teams.
• Strong interviewing and discovery skills with the ability to gather insights from customers engineers and business leaders.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience marketing enterprise networking collaboration workplace technology or AI-related solutions.
• Familiarity with modern workplace transformation initiatives and future-of-work trends.
• Previous experience supporting technologies or similar enterprise technology portfolios.
• Understanding of AI networking collaborative technologies and emerging workplace innovation trends.
