Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Train Engineer (STE) / Release Train Engineer (RTE/RRE) with a strong background in Project Management and the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will lead Agile Release Trains coordinate cross-functional teams manage project delivery and drive successful program execution using SAFe Agile practices.

Required Skills

Experience as Solution Train Engineer (STE) Release Train Engineer (RTE) or RRE
Strong Project/Program Management experience
Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile
Expertise in PI Planning Sprint Planning Risk & Dependency Management
Experience with JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps
Telecom domain experience is mandatory
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
