Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery

• Build architecture (objects fields page layouts) and automation (workflow rules process builders approval processes) on the Salesforce platform
• Build declarative components (Apps Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightning
• Create on-record analytics (roll up fields formula fields record-level reports) in Salesforce
• Configure the Salesforce objects custom settings and account model
• Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange such as email social media financial management online payment SMS and form building applications. Install and configure proprietary applications as needed
• Facilitate business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions with customer stakeholders
• Define appropriate data model and system architecture from business requirements workshops
• Create comprehensive technical documentation appropriate for both engineering and clients. This includes documentation mapping detailed (field level) data flows
• Create written recommendations outlining multiple solution designs and considerations for each. Discuss data model considerations internally and with clients
• Design mockups of custom pages
• Rapidly prototype solutions and integrate feedback to support iterative development cycles

Sales & Presales

• Facilitate discovery calls to understand prospective clients business processes pain points and goals and translate those into Salesforce solution approaches
• Lead technical discovery sessions and gap analyses to qualify opportunities and identify Industry Cloud AppExchange and custom configuration needs
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments that showcase Salesforce capabilities against the prospects use cases
• Contribute to proposals statements of work and RFP responses including solution narratives scope definitions assumptions and level-of-effort estimates
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle answering architecture integration data migration and security questions from prospects
• Estimate implementation effort and identify delivery risks to inform accurate pricing and timelines
• Support a smooth handoff from sales to delivery by documenting agreed-upon scope requirements and design decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301) preferred
• Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the salesforce platform
• Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google Sheet
• Ability to travel as needed approximately 5%

The compensation range for this role is $85910 - $162890. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
