The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $121000 - $177000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
Lead a dynamic team of up to 20 employees driving creative solutions and flawless execution
Assign and strategically plan resources for Solution Requests ensuring efficient utilization
Monitor and balance the workload of your team encouraging an environment of productivity and efficiency
Participate in customer meetings providing expert insights and building strong client relationships
Support the execution of the annual business plan contributing to the long-term success of the company
Achieve quarterly goals and key results for your group maintaining a tight reporting cadence for project performance
Implement agile methods and LEAN problem-solving techniques to improve project team and process performance
Continually mentor your team through group and one-on-one sessions encouraging growth and development
Drive iterative value creation methods ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; a MBA is preferred
PMP is helpful.
5 years experience leading high performing teams.
3 years industry experience preferred.
