Retail Associate
Full-Time Benefits EligiblePosition Overview
The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.
This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar.
- Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines.
- Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations.
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company.
- Accurately record appointments and customer information.
- Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals.
- Approximately 40 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55000$85000 annual potential
- Competitive hourly pay uncapped commission
- Choose your own schedule:
- Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
- Morning: (9AM-5PM)or Night shifts (1PM-9PM)

- Previous retail hospitality customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
