The Construction Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Put gigawatts in the ground faster than anyone has. Were delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind with many sites running at once. Traditional construction management breaks at this scale so were building the model that replaces it.

• Throw out traditional construction and invent how gigawatts get built. Tons of tools layers of process and administrative drag dont get you there. Youll strip all of that out and win by solving the real problem and beating the goal not by managing toward it.

• Productize the data center so we can build it a thousand times. Youll turn one-off construction into a repeatable modular build where the hundredth site goes up faster and cleaner than the first. That repeatability is the only way to reach the scale were targeting.

Role Scope

• Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects orchestrating EPC contractors civil crews electrical trades and equipment vendors to deliver safe on-schedule on-budget facilities from mobilization through energization.

• Build maintain and drive integrated construction schedules (Primavera P6 MS Project) across civil structural electrical BESS substation and gen-tie scopes and issue recovery plans the moment a critical path slips.

• Enforce the site safety program and hold every subcontractor to a zero-incident standard from pre-mobilization safety plans through final punch list.

• Coordinate civil racking PV inverter BESS and MV/HV electrical trades in real time resolving field conflicts before they hit the schedule and manage QA/QC RFI submittal and change-order workflows to close-out.

• Track and report daily progress earned value cost-to-complete and resource loading to the Project Manager and surface procurement risks on long-lead equipment (transformers switchgear inverters) early enough to act on them.

What Were Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people so if you dont fit this role exactly tell us where you would.

• Youve managed utility-scale solar solar-plus-storage or high-voltage substation construction from mobilization through commercial operation and the projects you ran came in on schedule.

• You coordinate civil racking PV electrical and BESS scopes simultaneously without losing track of where each trade is relative to the critical path.

• You enforce safety hard: youve written and executed site safety plans held subcontractors to them and managed the documentation to prove it.

• You catch long-lead equipment risks SCADA integration gaps and interconnection milestone conflicts before they surface as schedule hits.

• You build and drive integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project and your reporting is specific enough that a project manager can act on it the same day they read it.

• Bonus: Utility-scale BESS construction. Substation and gen-tie scope. Multi-site concurrent delivery. OSHA 30.
