We are looking for full-time Software Quality Assurance Analyst to add to our team! All you need is a Bachelors degree in related field preferred or 1-3 years of related experience required. We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst you will be:

  • Responsible for conducting testing on software websites and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs defects and other potential issues.
  • Reviews design specifications to understand the scope requirements and function of the software product.
  • Identifies appropriate parameters functions and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function validity of results accuracy reliability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements within established guidelines. Identifies logs and recreates error codes bugs and defects.
  • Extensive knowledge of software and database testing including designing and manipulating test data validating stored jobs and error replication.
  • When a product does not perform within specifications will be responsible for reporting defects to the software team while identifying and recommending solutions improvements and updates.
  • Create and carry out test plans to make sure all goals are reached.
  • Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position.
  • Advocates promotes and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions.
  • Develops promotes and practices teamwork in all activities.
