Software Project Manager

• Lead software projects from opportunity identification through deployment and customer acceptance.
• Develop solution estimates project quotes project scopes and resource plans in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers stakeholders and development teams.
• Gather document prioritize and manage business and technical requirements.
• Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring alignment with customer needs project priorities and business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and commitments.
• Monitor project scope schedule budget risks and dependencies escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide regular project status updates and manage customer communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices Agile delivery processes and team effectiveness.
• Support the growth and development of the software delivery organization by helping define best practices standards and operational processes.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience developing software solution estimates quotations and implementation plans.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies backlog management and release planning.
• Experience working directly with customers to define requirements manage expectations and deliver successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication organization leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Confluence OpenProject Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
• Ability to balance customer needs business objectives and technical constraints while driving project execution.
